Skipper Sarfraz squashes rumors of rift with Hasan Ali
Pakistan cricket captain Sarfraz Ahmed has dismissed reports of rift with teammate Hasan Ali during the recently concluded series with the New Zealand. “The incident that occurred between me and Hasan was sorted out their and then. I went on to talk to him later on, so there is no such rift between us,” Sarfraz said, while talking to the media. The incident took place during the second T20 against the New Zealand, where Sarfraz walked up to Pakistan’s top bowler Hasan, after the pacer was hit for a boundary as the hosts chased 202, only for the seamer to ignore his captain and continue walking back to his mark. The incident got caught on camera and invited debate among the cricketing circles. The skipper and former number one One Day International bowler would now be seen in the upcoming third edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL), schedule to begin from February 22.
