By-polls for PP-30 on March 4

SARGODHA: Bye-election for PP-30 which was scheduled to be held on March 5, now will be held on March 4.

According to an official of regional Election Commission Office Basil Akram, the ECP has appointed Regional Elections Commissioner Muhammad Zubair as District Returning Officer while Athar Abbasi as returning officer for by-elections.

He disclosed that nomination papers will be received from January 19 to 21 at regional election commissioner office while the polling will be held on March 4.

Such seat was vacated after the death of PML-N MPA Tahir Ahmed Sandhu.
