ISLAMABAD: Spokesperson to Foreign Office Dr Muhammad Faisal on Tuesday said Pakistan had expressed serious concerns over the situation emerged after the violation of India along the Line of Control (LoC).

India had made more than 100 violations of ceasefire agreement since beginning of the new year, he said talking to a private news channel.

In the current situation reported along the LoC, five persons including four "Jawans" had sacrificed their lives in the line of duty, while ten others sustained injuries, which was a grave concern for Pakistan, he said.

To a question, he said respecting the sovereignty of nations and avoiding interference in internal matters of other countries was a good thing.
