NAB files review petition in Hudaibiya case

ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Monday filed a review petition challenging the Supreme Court's verdict in the Hudaibiya Paper Mills case.

The apex court on December 15, 2017 had dismissed NAB's appeal to reopen the Hudaibiya Paper Mills case against the Sharif family, terming it time barred.

The petition stated that the Supreme Court overlooked several materials provided by NAB in its appeal.
