Abdul Qadoos Bizenjo said since Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Sanaullah Zehri had resigned, he and his colleagues took the no-confidence motion back.

Opposition leader Maulana Abdul Wassay appreciated the decision of Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri’s decision to resign and said that he had resigned in accordance with democratic traditions.

“We are grateful to Sanaullah Khan Zehri, who resigned in the best interest of the House,” he said.

Speaker Balochistan Assembly read the order of Governor Balochistan Muhammad Khan Achakzai and postponed the session for indefinite period.

Balochistan National Party’s (BNP) head and former Chief Minister Balochistan Sardar Akhtar Jan Mengal said that no-confidence motion does not show defeat of anyone, rather it was the beauty of democracy.

He expressed these views while talking to media at the end of the session. Sardar Mengal said “Those having majority in the house have the right to bring their own leadership.”

He said, “Nawab Sanaullah Zehri has made wise decision today and the Balochistan National Party will remain in opposition.”

Former provincial interior minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti talking to media said that the no-confidence motion was the democratic right.

“We welcome the chief minister’s decision to resign. In the next two to three days we will announce new Leader of the House in consultation with other members.”   Other members including Sardar Salleh Bhotani, Abdul Qadoos   Bizenjo, Jan Jamali, Zafar Zehri were also present on the occasion.

Former interior minister Balochistan Mir Sarfaraz Bugti said they joined the opposition members in a democratic way to move No-Trust Motion against CM Balochistan.

In response to a question he said, “Pashtunkhwa and National Party’s ministers should not become part of the government morally. But both the parties will be contacted and requested for their support.”
