KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has approved the extension of Pakistan Rangers' (Sindh) special powers for 90 days as it was going to end on January 10.

According to a spokesman for the Chief Minister House, the Chief Minister approved the summary sent by the Sindh Home Department.

Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah said that Rangers along with Police in Karachi was doing good work in carrying out Karachi Targeted Operation and maintaining law and order situation.

Adding that the peace in Karachi is associated with peace in the country.
