SEOUL: The wheelchair-bound nonagenarian founder of South Korea's Lotte retail conglomerate was convicted of embezzlement and breach of duty Friday and jailed for four years.

Shin Kyuk-Ho's daughter was also imprisoned for two years, but his son and successor was given a suspended term, as was Shin's mistress, while another son was cleared by the Seoul Central District Court.
