NEW DELHI: India declared their first innings on 536 for seven Sunday in a pollution-hit third Test against Sri Lanka in New Delhi, which saw visiting players wearing masks on the field.

Skipper Virat Kohli top-scored with a career-best 243 on day two before becoming left-arm wrist spinner Lakshan Sandakan's fourth victim in the innings.

Nine of Sri Lanka's players wore masks while pacemen Lahiru Gamage and Suranga Lakmal left the field due to pollution, which caused play to be suspended for 20 minutes in the afternoon session.
