The accused Tony Joseph, arrested from Karachi airport while he was coming back from Qatar. He was wanted in accountability reference No. 29/2006 state V/s Aslam Elahi on cheating public at large scale.
The accused was declared proclaimed offender (PO) in 2007 by Court as he absconded the trial.
