While criticizing ousted Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has said that Nawaz should be ashamed of himself for openly attacking the Supreme Court judges on their verdict.

Referring to Sharif’s media talk after his hearing on Wednesday morning, Khan tweeted that Nawaz is allegedly attacking and seeking to destroy state institutions to save his billions in loot plundered from nation.

Nawaz lashed out at the judges and said they were full of hatred and grudges against him, after the court rejected Thursday morning his application to club all the three references against him into one. The court then indicted Sharif separately in the three references.

Referring to Supreme Court’s detailed verdict on Tuesday regarding the Sharif family, Khan took to Twitter and tweeted that now Sharif has an answer to his constant cry of ‘Mujhe kyun nikala? (Why was I disqualified?)’. When Sharif was deposed as the prime minister on July 28 in the Panama Papers case verdict, he questioned the decision and asked why was he disqualified.

Khan was the one who had demanded the government to take action against Sharif when the Panama Papers revealed his and his brother, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s, have offshore companies.
