Maleeha urges world to recognize Pakistan's contribution & sacrifices in war against terrorism

ISLAMABAD: Ambassador of Pakistan to the United Nations Maleeha Lodhi says Pakistan's fight against terrorism has dismantled many terror groups, including Al-Qaeda.

In an exclusive interview with an online American magazine Impactmania, Ambassador Lodhi noted that terrorism is serious issue and we witness violence all over the world. She said it is important to understand Pakistan's contribution, commitment and sacrifices in battle.

Responding to a question, Maleeha Lodhi said Pakistan is a country, which has lost tens of thousands of lives of military personnel, law enforcement personnel and civilians in the fight against terrorism.
