The Chief Justice of Lahore High Court (LHC), Justice Khawaja Muhammad Sharif, has constituted 12 new Division Benches (DBs) and 25 Single Benches (SBs) to hear the cases at Principal seat in the next week commencing from July 27, 2009.
According to a notification issued by the LHC Additional Judicial Registrar's office, the DBs are DB-I Chief Justice, Khawaja Muhammad Sharif; Justice MA Zafar; DB II Justice Mian Muhammad Najum-uz-Zaman, Justice Rana Zahid Mahmood. DB-III Justice Syed Shabbar Raza Rizvi, Justice Khurshid Anwar Bhindar.
While in DB-IV Justices Sh Azmat Saeed, Justice S Ali Hassan Rizvi. DB-V Justice Tariq Shmim, Justice Ali Akbar Qureshi. DBVI; Justice Syed Asghar Haider, Justice Imtiaz Rasheed Siddiqui. For DB-VII.
Justice Hasnat Ahmad Khan, Justice Pervaiz Inayat Malik. DB-IX, Justice Zafar Iqbal Chaudhary, Justice Hafiz Tariq Nasim, Justice Saif-ur-Rehman, Justice Kazim Ali Malik, DB-X Justice Muhammad Ashraf Bhatti, Justice Irfan Qadir, DB-XI Justice Nazeer Ahmad Ghazi, Justice Anwar-ul-Haq Pannun.
