Turkish delegation calls on labour minister

President of International Confederation of Labour Movement Mursel Turby, Vice President Recayi Kursli, Foreign Affairs Coordinator Tufan Acar, Secretary Labour and Punjab Labour leaders attended the meeting.

Matters of mutual interest were discussed in the meeting and both the countries agreed to get benefit from each other's experiences.

The two sides showed their desire to work in coordination with each other.

The Turkish labour leaders said that the International Confederation of Labour Movement had representatives from 20 countries and wanted Pakistan to be its part also. They also proposed a plan for Muslim labour representation, all over the globe in order to protect the rights of Muslim labourers through a united platform, which would be more effective and fruitful.

The minister welcomed Turkish brothers and said that his department was always ready to offer any kind of services.
