South Korea Finance Minister says economy shows signs of recovery on trade, sentiment

Yoo Il-ho noted that business and consumer sentiment had been improving after taking a battering from a massive political scandal involving former President Park Geun-hye who has since been ousted and arrested.

Yoo added it was important to note economic circumstances inside and outside South Korea were still highly uncertain.
