A member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association has approached the Lahore High Court with prayer to declare holding of the posts of President and Chief of Army Staff by one person as illegal and unconstitutional. He prayed to the court to direct the respondent government to form an interim government headed by the former veteran politician Muhammad Asghar Khan.
