ISE index down 25.45 points

Bears returned in the front seat at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where selling-pressure intensified in hot favourite amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index was down by 25.45 points as the index moved from 2,761.76 to 2,736.31 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 34,96,300 shares as compared to previous volume of 35,41,100 shares. The horizon of trade expanded from 144 companies to 154 stocks.
Majority of stocks (92) closed in negative territory, 60 landed in minus column, whereas two companies remained pegged to its previous levels. The volume of Fauji Fertiliser was 539,000 shares. The turnover of Arif Habib Securities was 306,700 shares. The volume of PTCL was 545,700 shares.
