Singapore bunker prices rose on Thursday, as its differential to fuel oil cargoes remained in discount for the seventh-straight day. Prices for 380-centistoke (cst) were pegged at $358-$360 a tonne, rising $2 from the previous session, while the differential to fuel oil cargoes was at a discount of $1.35, up 60 cents.
Demand has started to slacken and suppliers are reluctant to reduce prices as they have sold most of their term cargoes, brokers said.
