NBP Karobar scheme being launched

The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is planning to launch marketing program for the President's Rozgar Scheme, branded as NBP Karobar, for giving more people the chance to avail the opportunity. This is the first ever public-private partnership scheme in Pakistan, aimed at providing business opportunities to the jobless people across the country.
Addressing the first ever dialogue session of over 300 NBP employees here, NBP President Syed Ali Reza said that this scheme of national importance would help in reducing unemployment as well as accelerating the economic activities in the country.
He called upon the employees to serve in their respective places with passion and conviction to facilitate their customers. This will help the NBP to further improve the work-places environment on regular basis, he said.
The purpose of this dialogue session was to popularise new human resource initiative of the bank for promoting the employee communication at grassroots level and open environment to address the upcoming challenges faced by the field functionaries.
