Equities showed healthy signs on Wednesday under the lead of hot favourite at the Islamabad Stock Exchange. ISE Ten Index showed an increase of 20.05 points as the index moved fromm 2,694.48 to 2,714.53 points.
The overall turnover stood at 32,43,600 shares as compared to previous volume of 3,374,100 shares. Total 158 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (115) closed in positive territory, 41 landed in minus column, whereas two companies remained pegged to their overnight levels.
The volume of Bosicor was 375,500 shares. The turnover of Lucky Cement was 336,600 shares as compared to previous volume of 512,100 shares. The volume of DG Khan Cement was 330,700 shares.
