Bulls strengthened their positions on Tuesday at the Islamabad Stock Exchange where equities showed healthy signs under the lead of hot favourite amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index was plus by 4.22 points as the index moved from 2690.46 to 2,694.68 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 27,37,100 shares as compared to previous volume of 3,374,100 shares. Total 146 companies were quoted on the ready-board. Majority of stocks (74) landed in plus column, 65 closed in negative territory, whereas seven companies remained pegged to their previous levels.
The volume of DG Khan Cement was 308,600 shares. The volume of Lucky Cement was 308,600 shares as compared to previous volume of 512,100 shares. The volume of Bank of Punjab was 246,800 shares.
