Crude oil futures on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM) were little changed on Tuesday, taking cues from overseas crude futures. Benchmark November crude ended up 30 yen, up 0.1 percent. January gasoline debuted at 66,400 yen per kilolitre, before closing down at 66,130. January kerosene contract also debuted at 69,340, before closing at 68,750.
With US crude futures little changed around $68-$69 a barrel, there was no reason to buy up TOCOM now, said a comodities analyst.
