Acting vice-chancellor Punjab University Professor Dr Muhammad Arif Butt along with controller examination Professor Dr Taqi Zahid Butt and Deputy Controller Tariq Jaleel paid surprise visit at Punjab University Examination Centres here on Monday.
Paper of Business Communication and Report Writing of B.Com part-II was being conducted there. Acting VC visited different centres established in this huge Punjab University (PU) examination building and inquired from candidates about the facilities provided by the university and also attitude and behaviour of examination staff. Candidates expressed their complete satisfaction on it.
Controller Examination briefed Acting VC that 24 examination centres had been established in 12 halls of the building in which more than 4,800 candidates are taking part in the examination at a time.
VC congratulated the controller and said this was a matter of pride for university. He also appreciated the role of Punjab University Examination department of conducting these exams efficiently. He directed the controller to make arrangements for more and more utilisation of the building.
