Bank of Canada's Schembri speech moved to March 21

OTTAWA: Bank of Canada Deputy Governor Lawrence Schembri will give a speech in Vancouver on March 21, one day earlier than had been previously scheduled, the central bank said on Monday.

Schembri had originally been scheduled to speak on March 22, but the federal government has since announced it will release its budget that day.
