Senate passes 'The Senate Secretariat Services Bill, 2017'

The bill was moved by Senator Raja Muhammad Zafar-ul-Haq alongwith other senators, which was passed with majority and without any amendment.

The bill was moved to regulate the appointment of persons to, and the terms and conditions of service of persons in the Senate Secretariat under clause (2) of Article 87 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973.
