Cricket: Australia 237-6 at stumps, lead by 48 runs

BANGALORE: Australia were 237 for six at stumps on day two of the second Test in Bangalore on Sunday, leading India by 48 runs in the first innings.

Shaun Marsh (66) and Matt Renshaw (60) struck gritty half-centuries for the visitors as Indian left-arm spinner Ravindra Jadeja claimed three wickets.

Mathew Wade (25) and Mitchell Starc (14) were at the crease for Australia, who lead the four-match series 1-0.
