ATC reserved judgement in a case against leaders of MQM-London

HYDERABAD: The Anti Terrorism Court here Wednesday reserved judgment in a case in which Muttahida Qaumi Movement-London's leader Momin Khan Momin and others are nominated. According to details, the MQM-London's leader Momin Khan Momin and the party's alleged supporters Intikhab Alam Qureshi, Tasneem Alam Qureshi, Raheel Alam Qureshi and Imran Ghauri were produced in the court.

They all were arrested on October 22 by the Hali Road police which lodged an FIR and charged them with possessing explosive material and weapons.

The ATC remanded them to the jail custody on October 24 and since then they are imprisoned in the Central Jail Hyderabad.

The court heard arguments of the public prosecutor and Momin's counsel.

After hearing the arguments the court reserved judgment and adjourned the hearing till December 16.
