Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah called on the PPP Chairman at Bilawal House on Friday to offer congratulations on successful holding of week-long celebrations of 49th Foundation Day of the Party held in Bilawal House, Lahore.
On the occasion, Chief Minister informed the Chairman that he has put forward demand before the Federal government for including the long-pending Karachi Circular Railway (KCR) in the CPEC to meeting the over-growing public transport needs of the city.
Bilawal said that Sindh government's demand was genuine and federal government should accept so that the commercial hub of the country can also take benefit from the vital initiative. Shah also briefed him about the on-going development schemes and overall law and order situation in the province, especially in its capital. Bilawal eulogized the Sindh government and law enforcing agencies for improving law and order situation to a great extent and stressed that all the development schemes should be completed in time without any delay.
