Russia central bank: deposit auctions to be main tool to manage liquidity in 2017

MOSCOW: The Russian central bank said on Friday that deposit auctions would be the main tool it will use next year to manage a structural liquidity surplus.

The bank added in a statement that the structural liquidity surplus could last a long time.
