NAB-KP hands over Rs182.607mn misappropriated funds

PESHAWAR: The National Accountability Bureau-Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (NAB-KP) Director General Shahzad Salim on Wednesday handed over Rs182.607 million funds that were misappropriated by officials of different KP departments, to Additional Secretary Budget, Finance Department Muhammad Asim Khattak here.

Speaking on the occasion, DG NAB-KP said that corruption is root of all social evils and efforts are being made to wipe out the menace from the society.

He said that corrupt elements are causing huge loss to national exchequer and NAB would continue its struggle against the menace without any discrimination.
