Central Bank looks GDP growth close to 2pc ‘Slovene’

In a statement following its board meeting on Tuesday, it said annual inflation is expected to rise in the second half of the year but then slow to about 2 percent in 2012.

It also said Slovenia's banking system had posted a joint profit of 63.1 million euros in the first five months of this year after ending 2010 in a loss.
