Governor assures exporters of all possible steps to resolve problems

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, Engineer Shaukatullah has said that the commercial exporters have been contributing highly valuable services towards economic development of the country and all possible steps will be taken to help them.

He was talking to a delegation of office bearers and members of the All Pakistan Commercial Exporters Association which called on him under the leadership of its President, Mr. Mushtaq Khan and Group Leader, Mr. Taimoor Khan at Governor?s House, Peshawar on Wednesday.

Referring to the certain points raised by the members of the delegation on this occasion, the Governor assured to raise their point of view at the proper level to get their grievances resolved.

Meanwhile, the members of the delegation while apprising the Governor about their point of views especially requested to help them in resolving their difficulties with regard to ensuring exports on sustained basis.

While referring to their complaints against the newly introduced management arrangements in respect of Peshawar based Gems and Gemological Institute, they also requested to help them in getting the role of the association restored in this respect.
