ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has extended his warm felicitations and good wishes to Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain His Highness Shaikh Bin Salman Al Khalifa on their National Day falling on December 16.
In his message to his Bahraini counterpart, the Prime Minister conveyed on behalf of the people and the Government of Pakistan most cordial and sincere greetings to His Highness and the Government of Bahrain, and the people of Bahrain on the happy occasion of their National Day.
The Prime Minister said that it was a source of satisfaction that the two countries enjoy cordial and friendly relations.
He was happy to note that Bahrain's landmark achievements in diverse socio-economic fields, including economy, culture, infrastructure and urban development for which his country has distinguished itself under his sagacious and visionary leadership.
He expressed the confidence that these relations would further grow under his wise leadership.
The Prime Minister prayed for His Highness's good health, wellbeing and for the sustained progress and prosperity of the fraternal people of Bahrain.
