NAIROBI: The Kenyan shilling held steady against the dollar on Thursday with inflows from diaspora remittances and offshore investors buying government debt easing pressure from excess liquidity in the local money market, traders said.
At 0843 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 103.30/50 per dollar, the same as Wednesday's close.
