KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling was a touch firmer on Tuesday, underpinned by a sell-off of dollars by commercial banks looking to trim their positions.
At market close at 0100 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,725/3,735, compared to Monday's close of 3,730/3,740.
