PARIS: European Union soybean imports in the 2018/19 season that started last July totalled 14.5 million tonnes (mn t) by June 16, up 9pc compared with the same stage last year, data published by the European Commission on Monday showed.
EU 2018/19 soymeal imports were at 16.9mn t, down 8pc from a year earlier.
EU 2018/19 palm oil imports were at 6.1mn t, stable compared with a year earlier.
