Provincial Minister for Information and Culture Fayaz-ul-Hassan on Wednesday constituted the Punjab Art, Crafts and Architecture council for the promotion of art, crafts and architecture.
Chairperson of the council Ayesha Arshad Shahnawaz while Dr Ejaz Anwar will be its Vice Chairman and Meena Haroon, Dr Ayaz Naseem, RM Naeem, Wasif Ali Khan, Syed Akhter, Atiqa Hassan, Nadir Ali Jamali and Jameel Baloch are members of the council. The TORs of the council are to promote art, crafts and architecture within the province and to explore best artists and project their work throughout the world. The council would have mandate to present the proposal for the projection of the art and work for the positive image of the Pakistan around the world.
