F-16s playing crucial role in Zarb-e-Azb: Sartaj

Advisor to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz has said that F-16s are playing a crucial role in eliminating terrorists in the ongoing Operation Zarb-e-Azb. Speaking in Radio Pakistan's program, he said this advanced aircraft had struck the hideouts and safe refuges of terrorists in an effective manner. He observed "India has unduly started a campaign against the delivery of F-16s to Pakistan." However, the US had rejected the propaganda of Indian lobby against this deal, he added.
These planes will be delivered to Pakistan within a year and increase the strength of Pakistan Air Force. Pakistan, he said, had been fighting a successful war against terrorism and the backbone of terrorists had been broken.
