RECORDER REPORT: PSX close of day

KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the upper side on Thursday at 23,139.02 points with a positive change of 76.69 and volume of 65,196,000 shares. High and Low were 23,203.32 and 23,017.92 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 19 were up, 10 were down and 1 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 117,539,200 shares. Total companies traded were 323 of which 186 were positive, 120 were negative and 17 were unchanged.

Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 39,222,900 shares. It was followed by Technology and Communication with a total traded volume of 10,419,500 shares.
