HAMBURG: South Korea's Major Feedmill Group (MFG) purchased about 130,000 tonnes of feed wheat in a deal on Thursday, European traders said.
It was bought in two consignments of 65,000 tonnes to be sourced from optional origins.
One consignment for arrival in South Korea around Oct. 20 was purchased at $223.29 a tonne c&f including a surcharge for additional port unloading.
A consignment for arrival in South Korea around Nov. 20 was purchased at $223.95 a tonne c&f also including the surcharge.
The seller was believed to be trading house Bunge, traders said.
