TotalEnergies said on Monday it is ‌expanding its joint venture with KKR in the United ⁠States with the addition of a 700 megawatt renewables portfolio.

Court orders TotalEnergies to account for clients’ emissions

The deal reflects an enterprise ‌value ⁠of $1.20 billion for the portfolio, and TotalEnergies will ⁠continue to operate the assets after ⁠completion of the transaction, ⁠the company added.
