TotalEnergies said on ​Monday it is ‌expanding its joint venture ​with ​KKR in the United ⁠States ​with the addition ​of a 700 megawatt renewables ​portfolio.

Court orders TotalEnergies to account for clients’ emissions

The deal ​reflects an enterprise ‌value ⁠of $1.20 billion for the portfolio, and ​TotalEnergies ​will ⁠continue to operate ​the assets ​after ⁠completion of the transaction, ⁠the ​company ​added.
