LONDON: Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb meets Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) CEO Bill Winters in London.

The Finance Minister appreciated SCB’s continued support to Pakistan and its cooperation in various financing and capital market transactions. The discussion included Pakistan’s ongoing structural reforms and the latest macroeconomic developments.

Future areas of collaboration between the Government of Pakistan and SCB were discussed, including tokenisation, international Sukuk and other financing opportunities. SCB’s strong investor network across Europe, the Middle East and Asia can play an important role in facilitating continued investor outreach and enhancing market visibility for Pakistan.
