KARACHI: The Naya Nazimabad Apartments REIT attracted total investor demand of Rs5.6 billion against an accepted equity amount of Rs1.01 billion, with the book-building phase oversubscribed eight times and the General Public Subscription oversubscribed 4.3 times.
A total of 8,361 investors participated across both phases, reflecting strong demand from institutional and individual investors.
As part of the allocation process, applicants subscribing for more than 2,000 units will receive approximately 7 percent of their applied quantity.
The strong response marks a significant milestone for the Naya Nazimabad Apartments REIT, with the sponsors thanking investors for their support and confidence in the offering.
