Violation of STA: RTO Hyderabad detains vehicles, goods

HYDERABAD: During enforcement activities against violations of Section 40c, Digital Invoicing, Third Schedule requirements, and other provisions of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, RTO Hyderabad detained the following vehicles:

Z-5061 – Coal; non-digital invoice and supplier found Non-Active.

C-1320 – Industrial machinery; manufacturing unit unregistered and no valid Sales Tax Invoice/documents.

E-2141 – Pipes; non-digital Sales Tax Invoice.

C-3436 – Ghee; no Sales Tax Invoice and MRP not printed on packaging.

GLTA-6026 – Ghee; no Sales Tax Invoice and MRP not printed on packaging.

The detained vehicles and goods were shifted to the warehouse for further verification, investigation, and legal proceedings under the relevant provisions of law.
