ISLAMABAD: The Petroleum Division (PD) on Monday decided to keep the fuel prices unchanged for August 11, extending the existing tariffs from August 8–10 due to the non-publication of Singapore Platts prices on Monday, August 10.
Under the daily pricing framework, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) adjusts fuel rates based on currency exchange fluctuations and a seven-day rolling average of Singapore Platts trends.
“In continuation of the press release issued on August 7, 2026, it is clarified that the following ex-depot prices of petroleum products for 8 to 10th August shall remain unchanged for 11th August due to non-publication of Platts prices on August 10,” the Petroleum Division stated.
The price of petrol is Rs327.62 per litre and High Speed Diesel (HSD) price is Rs380.86 per liter effective for August 11.
Petroleum Levy (PL) on petrol is Rs80 per litre, whereas the PL on HSD is Rs74.28 per litre. The Climate Support Levy (CSL) stays at Rs 5 per litre, while Customs Duty is set at Rs 21 per litre for petrol and Rs15.68 per litre for HSD.
