KARACHI: A grand group art exhibition titled “An Ode to the Masters” was organized at Studio Sarai to pay tribute to Pakistan’s great painters.
The chief guest of the ceremony was Commissioner Inland Revenue, Nasir Janjua, who in his address said that the purpose of this exhibition is to honour the legendary names of painting in a memorable way.
The exhibition showcased creative masterpieces by renowned artists including Mashkoor Raza, Iqbal Hussain, Wahab Jaffer, Ahmed Khan, Tassaduq Sohail, and Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi. The event was organized by Engineer Jimmy Fali, which participants described as an important effort to pass on Pakistan’s artistic heritage to the younger generation.
Attendees remarked that such events not only keep the work of artists alive but also play a vital role in introducing the new generation to their cultural heritage.
