ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has directed taxpayers and all stakeholders that a Planned System Maintenance Activity will be undertaken from 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2026, to 05:00 a.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026.
During this period, the following services will be temporarily unavailable: IRIS, Digital Invoicing (DI), Payment System, Synchronized Withholding Administration and Payment System (SWAPS), and POS Registration. Consequently, taxpayers and other users will not be able to access these services or perform related transactions during the maintenance window.
All taxpayers and stakeholders are advised to plan their tax-related activities accordingly and complete all time-sensitive filings, payments, registrations, and other transactions well before the commencement of the scheduled maintenance period.
All affected services are expected to resume immediately upon the successful completion of the maintenance activity.
FBR regrets any inconvenience caused and appreciates the cooperation and understanding of all taxpayers and stakeholders, FBR added.
