LAHORE: The Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with TANG Chinese Education & Technology Ltd. and the China Global Professional & Technical Certification Centre (CGPTC) to strengthen technical and vocational training and open new employment pathways for Punjab’s youth.

The agreement was signed by PSDF CEO Ahmed Khan, TANG President and Founder Li Jinsong, and CGPTC CEO Vincent Que.

The partnership will focus on internationally recognized certification, trainer capacity building, and industry linkages across sectors including construction, engineering, agriculture, hospitality, artificial intelligence, and e-commerce. Ahmed Khan said the collaboration reflects Pakistan-China cooperation in equipping youth with globally recognized skills.

Li Jinsong called it a step toward stronger industry-relevant training, while Vincent Que pledged support through digital learning platforms and trainer programmes.

The MoU marks a significant move in connecting Pakistan’s talent pipeline to global demand and building a sustainable skills ecosystem for Punjab’s economy.
