LAHORE: The Anti-Terrorism Court on Tuesday adjourned hearings on the bail applications of PTI leaders Dr Yasmin Rashid and Omar Sarfaraz Cheema till August 13 after their counsel sought adjournment to present their arguments.
The court asked the defence counsel to complete their arguments at the next hearing.
Earlier, the accused’s counsel told the court that the led counsel is engaged in another case and had not yet appeared.
He, therefore, sought time to submit arguments in the bail applications and court adjourned the proceedings till next hearing accordingly.
Yasmin Rashid sought bail in two cases, including attack on Askari Tower. While Cheema sought bail in three cases, including attack on Corps Commander House and Askari Tower.
