President approves four bills

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday gave his assent to four bills, including the Pakistan Airports Authority (Amendment) Bill, 2026.

The other bills signed by the President are the Carriage by Air (Amendment) Bill, 2026, the Fiscal Responsibility and Debt Limitation (Amendment) Bill, 2026, and the Iqbal Academy (Amendment) Bill, 2026.

The President also approved the appointment of Ayesha Hameera Chaudhry (SG/BS-22) as a Member of the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC).
